• The Cabbage Tree Palm (Livistona australis) is a large, solitary-stemmed palm tree, which could thrive even in shade, making them relevant for indoor gardening purposes. It possesses green glossy leaves with tiny spikes arching down like fronds. Livistona australis also blooms during the summer season with prickling creamy white flowers along tiny stems. They mostly prefer moist, well-drained soil and are tolerant of saline or salt or even wind, making them useful in coastal conditions too.
