1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping at PlantsWorld.ae. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver your order within the United Arab Emirates, including delivery timeframes and rates by region.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays, except where a Same Day or Express Delivery option specifically states otherwise at checkout.
If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer than usual — please allow additional time during busy periods (such as major gifting occasions). If there will be a significant delay to your order, we will contact you by email, WhatsApp, or phone.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, and are also summarized below for reference:

Same Day and Express Delivery are currently only available for addresses in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, or high order volumes; we'll let you know as soon as we're aware of anything affecting your delivery window.
4. Weather-Sensitive Scheduling
Because we deliver living plants, we may occasionally adjust delivery schedules — particularly to farther Emirates — during periods of extreme summer heat (typically June to September) to protect plant health in transit. If this affects your order, we'll notify you and agree on a suitable delivery day with you.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed and ready for delivery, along with an estimated delivery window. Our delivery team may call you on the day of delivery to confirm access to your address.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
As your order contains living plants, please ensure someone is available to receive it at the scheduled time. If no one is available, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may involve an additional delivery charge depending on the circumstances.
7. Areas We Deliver To
We currently deliver across all seven Emirates of the UAE, as set out in the regional rate table above. If your area falls outside our standard delivery zones, we'll contact you to confirm feasibility and any additional charge before your order is dispatched.
8. International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United Arab Emirates.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
As we currently only deliver within the UAE, customs duties do not apply to your order. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable VAT.
10. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items
Your order is delivered by our own PlantsWorld delivery team, not a third-party courier, so we remain responsible for it in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please refer to our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy (Sections 3–4), which sets out the reporting windows, photo requirements, and how we'll replace or refund the affected item — there's no separate process to follow for shipping-related damage.
