Cancellation & Return Policy
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Cancellation and Return Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Plants World Trading LLC, The Binary Tower, 4th Floor, Marassi Drive, Business bay, Dubai, UAE.
- Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Plants World, accessible from http://www.plantsworld.ae/
- You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
- Cancellation of Order:
- The Request for Cancellation of your order could be readily accepted within 24 hours after once it has been placed (via our Website or direct order). Such a type of cancellation could be accepted without getting any reason for doing so.
- The deadline for Cancelling an Order is within 48 hours, after once you have placed an order in our Website or via placing a direct order. However, if the Order has been communicated to the respective vendors/merchants. Then they have initiated the process of shipping them. And so, the cancellation of such Orders could not be possible then.
- Subject to clauses (1.i.1&2) above, this type of request for Cancellation of Order could be made in our website with your login or via Phone call to our Customer service number (+971 – 524279966).
- Cancellation of Order request will not be valid for the products/services that were under the Same Day Delivery category.
- Cancellation of Order requests will not be valid for the products/services that were under special offers for the occasions like Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. As these are limited occasion offers and their cancellations are not possible.
- In case Products received not satisfactory:
- Once you receive your products by any means, and you are not satisfied with the product. Or you find the products with certain kinds of damage in them. Then in order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the products immediately to the delivery agent itself (if possible) or it will be replaced free of charge. And inform Us about your reason for cancellation via email or notify us within 24 hours via Phone call or message to our customer service number. Please make sure to note down Order number and addition of product picture in your mail or message. Order number would be enough when a call is being made.
- Subject to clauses (1.ii.1) above, notify Us via following email id: email@example.com Or call or message to our Customer service number (+971 – 524279966).
- Again, subject to clause, there is no option of return for customized products.
- Please do note, that any kind of Return inquiry after 24 hours of successful delivery, will not be accepted.
- Conditions for Returns:
- The Products were purchased and delivered in the last 1 – 2 days.
- The Products are in the original packaging in similar condition as you got delivered.
- The supply of Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Products which are not suitable for return due to its style or re-potted or planted permanently.
- The supply of Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

What forms of payment does Plants World Trading accept?
You may purchase products from the Online Shop with the following methods.
Cash on Delivery: Pay when products delivered to your door step
Bank Transfer: Transfer amount to mentioned company bank account details to make the payment in order to confirm the delivery.
*NB:*We don’t accept personal cheques, cashier’s cheques, money orders or direct deposits.
