• Cupressus macrocarpa aka Goldcrest Wilma (lemon cyperus) tree, is native to Monterey bay. Distinct by its unique bright golden-yellow foliage in an ascending spray. For this reason, they are also known as the Gold crest cultivar. And when their needle foliage is crushed or anyone brushes aside it, a strong lemon fragrance is felt. The soil on which they are supposed to be grown must be well-drained and rich fertile with organic content. They usually do best in cooler areas. The ideal temperature will be 15-16 degree Celsius.
