They consist of small green leaves that are rounded to lanceolate shape, bit leathery and emerge opposite. With their attractive features, Box plants are quite tolerant to a wide range of growth conditions. It is easy to care and could be pruned to any shape to manage, in accordance to your requirements. They are very versatile, easily complementing borders or beds, offering a strong form of bright evergreen leaves that in turn provides structure and colour to your outdoor garden or patio. Boxwood generally grows throughout the year. And they could be served as short or medium-size hedges, formalized gardens, edge or partition garden beds and even as accent plants, all giving extreme attention to their geometrical dimensions.

Boxwood (Buxus) are easy to care for.

• These Box plants thrive in the presence of full natural sunlight. Water them moderately after checking the dryness of topsoil. Apply them abundantly, but gradually reduce it during winter and rainy season. The soil on which these plants are supposed to be grown must be well-drained. Ideal temperature at which these plants could perform well is 4.44 – 27 degree Celsius. And in terms of feeding, use nitrogen based or balanced fertilizers. Apply twice a month especially during spring season. They could be easily pruned in accordance to your requirements.
