Welcome to PlantsWorld.ae. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website plantsworld.ae (the "Website") and any order you place with us. By accessing or using the Website, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not continue to use the Website.

3. Definitions

"You" and "Your" refer to the person accessing the Website or placing an order, or the business on whose behalf they act. "Content" means all text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and other material on the Website. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

4. Who May Use This Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent/guardian or on behalf of a business with authority to place orders, to purchase from PlantsWorld.ae. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (delivery address, contact details, payment information) is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All prices on the Website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise; delivery fees, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm your order.
  • As living products, plants are natural items and may vary from the photos shown — see our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy for details on what this does and doesn't cover.
  • We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

6. Placing an Order

  • Placing an order through the Website is an offer by you to purchase the selected item(s); a contract is formed once we confirm your order (by email, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation).
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud or payment issues, the delivery address falls outside our service area, or there was a pricing/listing error. Where we cancel a confirmed order, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
  • Orders for customized items or occasion-specific gifting (see our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy) may have additional confirmation steps given their made-to-order nature.

7. Payment

You may pay by Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or by card/Apple Pay (or similar) through our payment service provider at checkout. Card and other online payment details are processed directly by our payment provider — PlantsWorld does not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for more on how payment-related data is handled.

8. Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in order confirmations are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control (see our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy, Section 10). Risk in a plant or product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided and, where applicable, accepted by you or someone at that address.

9. Returns, Replacements, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, replacements, order cancellations, and refunds — including timeframes, what is and isn't eligible, and applicable fees — are governed entirely by our separate Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy, published on this website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy before ordering; it takes precedence over any general returns language that may have appeared elsewhere on this site previously.

10. Your Account

You may optionally create an account to track orders and save your details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at sales@plantsworld.ae if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable UAE law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our systems, or other users' accounts;
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract Website content or pricing without our permission;
  • Place fraudulent orders or misuse our Cash on Delivery service; or
  • Republish, resell, or redistribute Website content except as permitted in Section 12.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PlantsWorld Trading LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all Content on the Website. You may view, and print individual pages of, the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or otherwise redistribute Content from the Website without our prior written permission.

13. Linking to Our Website

You may link to our homepage, provided the link is not misleading and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or approval by us that doesn't exist. We reserve the right to request that any link to the Website be removed at our discretion. You may not frame our Website or otherwise alter its visual presentation without our prior written permission, and our logo may not be used for linking purposes without a separate trademark license agreement.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media or delivery-partner tracking pages) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the Website and its Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by the UAE Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce regulations, which are not excluded, limited, or waived by these Terms. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all Content is always fully up to date.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, PlantsWorld's liability for any claim relating to the Website or your order is limited to the value of the relevant order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PlantsWorld against reasonable claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms, except where caused by our own negligence or breach of applicable law.

18. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your order or the Website, please contact us first at sales@plantsworld.ae so we can try to resolve it directly. If we're unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the relevant UAE consumer protection authority — such as the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Consumer Rights, consumerrights.ae) or the UAE Ministry of Economy — in accordance with UAE consumer protection law.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020, as amended) and Cabinet Resolution No. 66 of 2023 on e-commerce, as applicable to Plants World Trading LLC as a mainland Dubai business. Any dispute not resolved under Section 18 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
